Over 10 Quebec designers created a complete revamp of some of the most impressive creations of Yves Saint Laurent that will delight all attending. Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Haute Couture Yves Saint Laurent house, the Pierre Bergé – Yves Saint Laurent Foundation wishes to highlight the talent of one of the greatest visionary of its generation.

Well-known for renewing the Haute Couture tradition and creating the founding principles of modern women’s clothing, he also was the creator of several pieces of women’s clothing (such as the pantsuit, the pantskirt, the safari jacket as well as the tuxedo) that have become, over the years, timeless classics.

An exclusive Fashion Show at the Fashion and Design Festival in Montreal.

Did you miss the Fashion Show?
After the Fashion Show, the original creations of each designer will be showcased at the American Express Terrace for the remainder of the Festival. You can also find them at the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Montreal who, in collaboration with the Festival, will exhibit these pieces after the event.
